Open your AI's connector settings

Create the AlphaSignal plugin

Name it AlphaSignal, paste the server URL below, pick OAuth, and click Create. About 20 seconds later, click Connect.

Activate with your token

Connect opens the activation page. Paste your mcp_live_ token, click Activate, and you're linked. One time only — same flow in both apps.

Set permissions to Allow all

In the plugin's settings, switch Permissions to “Allow all actions” so tools run without asking on every message. Dial it back anytime.

Pick a thinking model.

MCP tools run best on the reasoning tiers. Set it once and every AlphaSignal answer comes back scored, sourced, and noise-filtered.

In ChatGPT — use GPT-5.5 Thinking or Developer Mode for best results. Instant mode may skip MCP tool calls.

In Claude— use Sonnet or Opus with extended thinking for best results. Answers arrive as plain chat for now — Claude doesn't yet support custom widget UIs.
