01The service
AlphaSignal is a research service delivered as an MCP plugin/connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. A subscription provides your assistant with access to AlphaSignal's market-research capabilities — including analysis, screening, tracking, valuation, and alerting. The service interprets publicly available market data and returns model-generated analysis. It is a research tool only: it does not connect to brokerage accounts, hold funds or securities, or place, route, or execute trades. By purchasing a subscription, activating an access token, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
02Not investment advice
AlphaSignal is information, not advice. Nothing the service produces is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and AlphaSignal is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Conviction scores, theses, and valuations are model-generated opinions that can be wrong. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before making them. See our full disclosures for more.
03Research only, no trade execution
AlphaSignal does not execute trades. The service has no connection to any brokerage, exchange, or trading account, and it never holds your funds or securities. Nothing it produces — including entry checks, price levels, option models, screens, and alerts — is an order, an instruction to trade, or an offer to arrange one. Any trade you make is placed by you, through a broker of your choice, entirely outside the service, and you are solely responsible for it.
04Subscriptions, billing, and the 30-day money-back guarantee
AlphaSignal is sold as a monthly or annual subscription billed through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends. Prices may change, but never mid-term — any change applies from your next renewal. Referral rewards are promotional, non-transferable, and may be adjusted or withdrawn if abused.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, reply to your welcome email within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days, and your access token and subscription are cancelled when the refund is issued.
The guarantee covers your first purchase of a plan, once per customer. It does not cover renewal payments, a new purchase made after an earlier refund, or access we have terminated for breaking these terms. Outside the 30-day window payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
05Your token and acceptable use
Your access token is personal. Keep it secret, don't share or resell it, and don't use the service to build a competing dataset, hammer the API with automated bulk extraction, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms; access terminated for a violation is not refunded, and the money-back guarantee does not apply to it.
06Data and availability
The service depends on public data sources, market-data providers, and third-party AI platforms we don't control. We work to keep data timely and the plugin available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Filings can be amended or wrong at the source, 13F positions are inherently delayed, and AI assistants can misstate our output.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaSignal is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, missed or delayed alerts, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
08Intellectual property
The AlphaSignal name, logo, scoring methodology, and all site content belong to us. Underlying public filings belong to the public. You may use the service's output for your own research and share excerpts with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own product.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
